Please email us directly at info@cdcvillas.com to request your reservation AND for which Villa you are interested in.

After we receive your requested dates, we will contact you with availability information.
You may also reach us in our Boston, MA office at (978) 423-7446 . Ask for Brian.
Once it is determined that your villa reservation dates are available,
we will send you a "Rental Agreement" and require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation.

*The balance of the full payment will be due 45 days prior to the starting date of the villa rental period.
* Holiday terms are slightly different.
